Rhythmic

Rhythmic gymnastics is a beautiful Olympic discipline for girls. It involves complex movements and routines using hand apparatus such as rope, hoop, ribbon and ball. Participants can perform solo or as part of a group. As the roots of rhythmic gymnastics are in Classical Ballet it is recommended that Rhythmic gymnasts take part in dance class and MUST practice flexibility EVERY day.
