IBGC hosts world class Team Gym Coach from Denmark
Fantastic start to a week of learning for our Teamgym coaches. Tonight we welcomed friends from Alloa & Midlothian to The Flipside & all of our level 5/6gymnasts to work with Denmark’s Lars Norregaard. A fab night with lots learned. Can’t wait for the rest of the week.
Medal Success for our disability gymnasts at CofG
A big well done to all of our competitors yesterday. GOLD for Austin in th 6/7 boys category. In the Disability competition it was BRONZE for Finlay & Kim, SILVER for Will and GOLD for Kyle.
