5th In European Team Gym Finals for GBR & IBGCs’ Jack
Its been an amazing week for Jack Gibson and our Head Coach Amanda. jack flew out to portugal at the start of the week to compete with GBR junior mixed team at the 2018 European Team Gym Finals in Olivades. After qualifying for the finals in 3rd on Wednesday, the team went onto the finals on Friday and fought a hard battle to come 5th. We are all proud of Jack at IBGC and the GBR team
IBGC Runners up in Cream of Ayrshire Awards
IBGC where runners up in the Cream of Ayrshire Awards last night in two categories. Jack Gibson was Runner up in Up & Coming Younster of The Year & the Club was Runner Up in Sporting Hero. Well Done.
IBGC Club Open Door Day 23rd Sept 10 till 4pm
In conjunction with Sports Scotlands Club Open Doors week, IBGC will be opening the doors on 23rd September from 10am until 4pm to anyone. Drop in and try all out gymnastic disciplines, condition with out Acro gymnasts, dance with out display team, bounce on the trampette and just see what its all about.
ACRO Success
Well done to our amazing Acro Gymansts who for some this was their first ever competition. Great performances all round , with 2 golds, 2 silver and a bronze, The future is looking very bright for IBGC ACRO .
